Nick is a director of Jameson Capital and is a Responsible Manager under its AFSL. He is an experienced property and funds management professional across multiple jurisdictions including; Australia, Hong Kong, and China. Nick is responsible for deal origination, property development, transaction management, capital raising and off shore investor relations.
Prior to Jameson, Nick spent 8 years at Macquarie Bank where he was Vice President in Hong Kong and focused on the management of two portfolios of retail malls throughout China and the establishment of a logistics fund focused on Greater China. He has previously managed opportunistic funds in Australia with assets under management in excess of US$800 million (end value) and managed senior debt, mezzanine debt, and structured financial products specific to real estate.
Nick also previously worked for Lend Lease Development and Knight Frank Real Estate and lectures at the University of Melbourne in the Masters of Property and Construction degree.
Jeremy is a qualified lawyer with extensive experience in funds management, asset management, property transactions and taxation. Jeremy is responsible for deal origination, transaction structuring, and execution and asset management. He is a director of Jameson Capital and is a Responsible Manager under its AFSL. He is also a director of System Two Private Capital.
Prior to Jameson, Jeremy spent 8 years at Macquarie Group providing structured finance solutions for real estate developers and originating and managing opportunistic development real estate funds and single asset syndicates.
Jeremy currently sits on the State Committee for, and is Treasurer of, MND Victoria, the peak body for motor neuron disease support in Victoria.He has delivered a number of guest lectures to Masters students at Melbourne University on financial analysis and valuation. He is a member of FINSIA and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Jonathan has a proven track record in the financial services industry with particular focus on alternative investments including; real estate, agriculture, hedge funds, renewable energy and capital protected lending. Jonathan is responsible for operations, governance, capital raising and investor relations in Australia. He is a director of Jameson Capital.
Prior to Jameson, Jonathan spent 8 years at Macquarie Bank where he was appointed an Associate Director building wholesale, family office and institutional investor relationships. He has managed over A$3 billion in Australian and New Zealand relationship capital and raised over A$400 million in new equity for a variety of investment strategies.
Jonathan also previously worked in corporate finance at UBS Investment Bank and was National Manager at Netwealth Investments Ltd. He is a member of FINSIA.
William is a growth capital investor and head of private equity at Jameson. He is a former partner of DCE, an emerging markets focused private equity fund where he led investments across a number of geographies and sectors, including the Middle East’s fastest growning property portal: Emerging Markets Property Group.
He has a B.Comm. from Melbourne University; an MBA from Oxford University; is a former Green Beret Commando (Australian Army Special Forces); a member of the investment committee for the Oxford University Venture Capital Fund; and a mentor at Stone & Chalk.
Laurence has over 18 years’ experience in various senior roles within the property and investment management industry, covering both direct and listed real estate. Laurence is responsible for investment strategy, setting strategic direction for future investment, market analysis and deal origination.
Prior to joining Jameson, Laurence was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for Australian real estate research. He was the Fund Manager of Industria (ADI.AX) an ASX listed commercial and industrial focused AREIT from IPO in 2013 to 2015. Laurence has also worked for Credit Suisse, Citi, HB+B Property and APN Property Group where he was responsible for real estate research and managing various property funds, including unlisted direct property funds with assets under management in excess of AUD$400 million.
Laurence holds a Diploma of Business Accounting, a Diploma of Financial Advising and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment.
Myles has significant experience across real estate debt structures and private equity in both Australia and South Africa. Prior to joining Jameson, Myles spent five years with an investment bank focused on structured finance and debt instruments. He is highly skilled in financial modelling and structuring, risk analysis, valuation and real estate law.
Myles is responsible for transaction analysis, modelling and structuring, investment management and ongoing investor reporting. Myles holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town, majoring in Real Estate Valuation, Finance and Management.
Alex comes to Jameson with 20 years of experience in various subsectors of finance. After completing his degree in Biological Sciences at Clemson University, Alex began his career in equities analysis and capital markets at Invesco Funds before continuing his studies at Georgetown University for his MBA.
Upon completion of his post-graduate degree in 2007, Alex joined the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Associate in the TMT coverage group where he executed Follow-on Equity Offerings and High Yield Debt transactions for Fortune 500 companies.
After gaining exposure to the alternative asset sector, the Asia growth story prompted a move overseas with an opportunity at Rose Rock, a Rockefeller family owned asset management business based in Hong Kong where the core focus was large-scale real estate, healthcare and culture joint venture transactions.
